Film on Fridays - clips and discussion

Ken Richardson will show clips from the 'RAILWAY MAN', certificate 15, interspersed with discussion on the questions raised by the film. The film is a moving drama based on the true story of Eric Lomax and his journey of heroism and redemption after being captured and held prisoner by the Japanese during World War II. The title of the film derives from prisoners being forced to work on the construction of the Thai-Burma railway.
